Service has always been a specialty of ours. Rooted in our history, we started bicycle repair alongside our retail sales in 1969.  Having grown up under the stairs in the bay of a busy automobile repair shop, we learned from the start that having the skills, tools and technical knowledge that people trust is key to any quality service department.  Our attention to detail, honest and trustworthy advice, and fair pricing have always been the cornerstone in our business model.

Need A Tune-Up? 
When you bring your bike in for service we'll start with a free estimate* of the work that is needed.  One of our mechanics will discuss your bicycle with you and carefully explain what is recommended, always respecting your choices and your budget.  We will work with you to keep your bike rolling all year long! 

(*A small charge may apply for hard copy estimates or quotations in some circumstances- please inquire at drop-off)

We're Service Pros
We work on almost all makes and models, not just the ones we sell.  Every member of our service team participates in routine training sessions with factory service techs to ensure our service methods are efficient and up to date with new trends and technology.  So, whether it’s a flat tire, minor tune-up, or a major overhaul, you can count on us to do the job right the first time, every time.

Walk-ins Are Welcome
Getting ready for a ride and discover that a tire has gone flat? Hit a pot hole and knocked your rim out of true? Sometimes you can't plan when your bike needs attention. Why not bring it in? If we can fix it on the spot, we will. If we need more time, we'll book your bicycle in for repair and let you know when to stop by to pick it up.

When Will My Bike Be Done?  

When you drop your bike off we'll give you an approximate date and/or time when you can expect your repair to be completed.  If it's a quick fix, you might want to check out what's new in the store while you’re waiting.  If it's going to take a bit longer, we give you a call when it is ready for pickup.

Repair times fluctuate throughout the season with the longest wait times in the Spring & Early Summer.  Consider bringing your bicycle in for seasonal maintenance during off-peak times (November thru February).  You'll be ready to ride when the nice weather arrives!
